Alright, so I'm not the genius of the blogging world yet. Just text, man, plain and simple. So neither my wife or I know yet if we have both the cable and the software to connect the camera yet, either, so we're just going to sit here on the absolute cutting edge of technology.
In today's post, let me give you an actual transcription of a conversation that I had with the genius that I work with. Scene: watching Pearl Harbor. Coworker speaks first.

"So, you like it so far?"

"Yep. It's pretty intense."

"Just imagine it on the big screen."

"Yeah."

"Here, here, check this part out. See, here the plane comes. Boom! See? Told ya."

"Wow, intense."

"Just imagine that on the big screen, eh?"

"Yeah."

"See? Told ya. Boom! (laughs) Big time."

I chuckle weakly.

"Ok now check this out. Here it comes.....oooh, that's gotta hurt."

"Yeah, gross."

"Can you imagine something like that?"

"Nope."

"Imagine that on the big screen. I know you'd like that, wouldn't ya?"

"Sure."

"Ok, now guess who they got to play General Dolittle."

"Who?"

"You know, the guy who did the raid, the Dolittle raid, by General Dolittle? Guess. Just take a guess- of all the actors they would get to play General Dolittle who do you think it would be?"

"I don't even know what he looks like."

"No, no, that doesn't matter. Just of all the actors that you would like to see as General Dolittle, who would you pick?"

"I have no idea."

"C'mon, just think. Who would you get, the ultimate actor to play him."

"Really, I don't know."

"Think."

"Okay, I give up."

"Think like TV, not movies. Who's an actor that's on TV that you would get to play General Dolittle?"

"Uh, I really don't have a clue."

"Oh, c'mon. Think. Really funny...."

"Okay, Kelsey Grammar."

"Close, that's close. Take another guess. C'mon, really funny. Like roll on the ground funny."

"Robin Williams."

"Ooh, close. Nope try..."

"I reall ygive up."

"Alec...."

"Baldwin?"

"That's right, Alec Baldwin. You know like how he's funny on SNL? I know you'd like to see him on the big screen, wouldn't ya."

"Sure. Why the hell not."

Laughs.
