Here's me, Sheri and Marty (my Bro in Law) being cool.
Funny story. So I'm hanging out with my father in law in Zion Natl. Park (getting schooled in the outdoor fundamentals) when we decide to detour to a swimming hole to cool off on our way home. He says to me, "come up the hill a little bit. There's this really great waterfall you should see." So I do, and what should greet my eyes but a girl with her back to us putting her bikini top back on. Furthermore, there's another girl in the water doing poses my mother shouldn't know about and a dude with a camera snapping away. A third girl was behind him doing that thing with the reflector making the photo subject look all tan and evenly colored. We just about died trying not to laugh as we slunk away. Surprisingly, their car in the parking lot had Utah plates (as opposed to Nevada plates as we had assumed). I guess you see something new every day.

On another note, David Foster Wallace once wrote, "No matter how smart you think you are, you are actually way less smart than that." I'd like to amend this slightly to read, "No matter how cool you are, you are actually way less cool than that." I think my reoccurring M.A.S.H. dreams are my own testament to that. M.A.S.H.? Really? My imagination can't come up with anything better? I haven't even seen a M.A.S.H. episode for months. M.A.S.H. is a difficult word to type. Try it.

Best laugh I've had all day. BTW, Rob is coming up for the 4th of July. Wish you could come out, too!
